Monday 22nd February 2021 saw the the first round of races in the Super League Triathlon Club Championships on Zwift and open to participation from clubs affiliated to British Triathlon.
Thirty nine club members participated in the races with 37 in a Zwift bike race for the men and 2 in a Zwift run race for the ladies. Each person who finished the race earned the club a point with extra points being won by those who finished in the top 10.
There were 69 clubs represented across the 359 men biking and 24 ladies running.
In addition to a strong turn out from the club, members put in some strong performances with Oli Milk and Matt Ellis finishing 1st and 3rd respectively. Check out the 1st round results here.
This strong turn out along with these steller performances puts Tri-Anglia at the top of the standings following the first round of races. Check out the current standings here.
The second round of races is set for 7:30pm 26th February and sees the ladies take to the bikes on Zwift whilst the men get to run on Zwift.
There are six rounds in total with both men and women each running and each riding 3 times. So plenty of opportunity for you to do a race or three or six) to earn our club some points to keep as at the top of the leaderboard.
