Beccles Lido Swim Training Session - Lane 1  2.10 - 2.35 mins This week Lanes 1 and 2  will be coached with the option of Lane 3 following the session plan, this will include a warm up, drills, main set  and cool down. With the use of the whole pool for an hour, there will be 3 double lanes of 10 swimmers per lane. Each lane based around a time ability per 100m. These will be Lane 1    2.10 - 2. 35mins Lane 2    1.50 - 2.10mins Lane 3   1.30 - 1.50mins These times are approximate and can be subject to change at each session under the direction of the coach. Two of the three lanes will be coached and the other lane will free swim with the option to follow the same training plan set for that session. Each week coached swims will alternate between lanes, information will be on the training page. Each session coached will include a warm up, drills and a main set based on speed or endurance followed by a cool down. Once a month Sue Brockhouse will teach a technique, more information regarding this will be confirmed and available on the training page. Swimmers to arrive swim ready and follow the one way system to the chairs at poolside. Outdoor showers and changing rooms will be available after the session but no hot drinks or food can be sold on the premises at the present time due to covid restrictions  All Swimmers need to vacate the Lido by 8.15pm. NOTE The booking list freezes 24 hours before the training session. If you have booked on the session and then not able to attend, please remember to remove your name, so another member is able to attend, or you will STILL be charged for this session.  An email will be sent out to the next member on the waiting list to tell you you have a place, also check the training page, just in case the email goes to spam. COVID PROCEDURE  All members attending this session MUST  complete a Return to Play Form beforehand and be aware of the following procedures  Booking on and attending this Tri-Anglia Swim Session members confirm the following:

Wednesday Night Run Training session.   All members of all abilities welcome This week will be Hill repetitions,  starting  with  dynamic stretches warm up, main set of hill repetitions and then a  cool down to include static stretches.  Meeting outside Pure Gym, Wherry Road, Riverside, Norwich, NR1 1WX. Parking at Riverside or Morrisons (Albion Way). The aim of these sessions are for members to build confidence, improve running fitness and technique and help or include with training plans and with the benefit of  training alongside other members of the club.  Each  run session will vary to include, sprint efforts, drills, threshold efforts, hill efforts and tempo/fartlek efforts and out and back runs where you may wish to monitor improvement. These sessions are open to all abilities, please feel free to come along and give them a go. We are fortunate to have experienced run coaches planning the sessions each week, with Tony Hatton-Gore (07885 722030, tony.hatton-gore@rewardhr.net) leading them. Beccles Lido Swim Training Session - Overflow Lane This week Lanes 2 and 3 will be coached with the option of Lane 1 following the session plan, this will include a warm up, drills, speed session and cool down. Wednesday Night Run Training session.   All members of all abilities welcome This week will be a Threshold Run,  starting  with  dynamic stretches warm up, main set of 1 km efforts and then a  cool down to include static stretches.  Meeting at the Dussindale Centre (Sainsburys) Pound Lane, Norwich  just before 6.30pm. Parking at Sainsbury's.  The aim of these sessions are for members to build confidence, improve running fitness and technique and help or include with training plans and with the benefit of  training alongside other members of the club.  Each  run session will vary to include, sprint efforts, drills, threshold efforts, hill efforts and tempo/fartlek efforts and out and back runs where you may wish to monitor improvement. These sessions are open to all abilities, please feel free to come along and give them a go. We are fortunate to have experienced run coaches planning the sessions each week, with Tony Hatton-Gore leading them.
