At Tri-Anglia, our training sessions are designed to suit all abilities, from those just starting out to seasoned triathletes. We offer a mix of weekly, monthly, and seasonal sessions for Adults and Juniors, with options for swimming, cycling, running, transitions and multisport.
Please note: All sessions must be booked in advance to guarantee your place. You can view the session schedule and book your spot here for adults or here for juniors. Please remember to remove yourself from sessions that you can no longer attend.

Swim Sessions
NHSG Evening Swim – Mondays & Thursdays
Work on technique, drills, and focused efforts across lanes tailored to your ability. All sessions are coached and open to members of all levels.
UEA Early morning Swim – Tuesdays & Thursdays
A more advanced morning swim squad for those looking to challenge themselves.
NHSG Junior Swim Sessions – Monday evenings
Weekly sessions for younger members, with progression sessions for older juniors looking to develop speed and technique.
Open Water Swimming at Whitlingham Lake – Wednesday and Saturday Summer Months
Our most popular sessions, designed for swimmers developing their skills and those who love swimming in open water. This is a safe, structured environment. Sessions are available to help build confidence.
Beccles Lido Evening Swim – Tuesdays – Summer Months
Work on technique, drills, and focused efforts across lanes tailored to your ability. All sessions are coached and open to members of all levels.
Bike Sessions
Group rides, offered by club members of varying speeds and abilities, anyone can advertise a ride. Coffee stops are often included. Feel free to advertise a ride via Facebook or TT. Feel free to speak to one of the coaches if you need some advice on how best to set up a ride.
Run Sessions
The aims of our run sessions are for members to build confidence, improve running fitness and technique and to support personal training plans;. The added bonus is the social element of training together. Sessions vary throughout the year so keep a lookout for updates.
NHSG Junior Run Sessions- Monday evenings
Weekly sessions for junior members focused on developing strong technique in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Other Training Sessions
During the winter, we run monthly timed 10k and 5k runs at Whitlingham Country Park (from the Flint Barn). These are organised so that everyone is at the finish line at roughly the same time. These are free to attend, but attendees must sign up beforehand.
Lotus Club Duathlon – currently not running. Timed duathlons for juniors and adults, with adult course comprising a 4.2k run, 31.5k cycle and 2.2k run at the Lotus Test Track. The cycle involves 9 laps of the 3.5k race track.
