| The Autumn Waveney Triathlon is a pool-based super sprint triathlon held in September. This event is as suitable for first-timers as it is for seasoned pros. We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive atmosphere to welcome everyone that comes along to ensure a great time is had by all whether they be racing or spectating. There are facilities on-site and we always ensure there is catering too so everyone’s needs are well met. Whether this is your first or your 100th tri – this is the race for you! | |
| Time: | First Wave 8.30am, waves of 5 every 5 minutes. |
| Course: | 400m swim in the 25m Waveney Valley Pool (16 lengths) 20km single lap bike on open country lanes and ‘A’ roads with one mandatory foot-down stop 3.2km undulating out and back run |
